Independent Apartment

Appartment situated in the city center, 2 km far way from our hotel.

Newly renovated open space in the city center just few steps from the pedestrianized historical center. The train station, (La Spezia Centrale) from which the trains to the Cinque Terre leave, is only a few minutes on foot. With a short walk you can reach the Morin Promenade from where you can reach the Cinque Terre, Porto Venere, Lerici and always on foot, you can reach the new marina Mirabello and the Naval Technical Museum. Near the apartment you will find all the services of the traditional open air market of Piazza Cavour where you can buy fish, fruit and vegetables every day. Restaurants, bars, pubs, supermarkets are also within walking distance.

The apartment is very welcoming, can accommodate up to four people and is equipped with all amenities: Bathroom with shower, air conditioning, tv, kitchen with fridge, crockery, oven and electric kettle.
Bed linen and towels are provided. The change, as well as the cleaning, is done once a week.
Light, water, gas charges and final cleaning fees are included in the price. On request you can add a camping cot for children.

Check-in must be between 16.00 and 18.00 and must be made at Hotel Firenze & Continentale. On the day of departure the apartment must be legally left before 10:00. A security deposit will be required upon booking.
